Eventually, my long term desire is to integration Kinetic Data Survey into our incident ticket resolution because that is what we're using for our Service Request system and surveys. There is a lot more flexibility within Kinetic Survey then what is available in SRM:Survey, however you could

We faced a similar issue when we upgraded from 7.6.04 to 8.1.01. We had created a link within the incident resolution email to go to the SRM:Survey, but then SRM was also sending out emails as well with surveys. What I found was that although there are entries in SYS:Notifcation Messages form
