They don't provide background checks anywhere, and they're not ashamed to admit it's because they don't have them. As far as they're concerned, their ratings system is enough insentive to get the drivers to behave, and as far as I'm concerned, I agree with them.

I just reminded myself that it's possible to turn off the setting for wrapping to the top of the screen with navigation keys. In jaws 16, hit jaws+6 to open the settings centre, type "navigation", then tab and scroll down.
