Miguel for the exit from the Azores. You have the date 9 July 1907? so you

view your tree however you like. You can choose 4 options:
Married Name (Maiden Name)

women assumed their husband's name. That didnt' happen until some time

Based on my experience I would say The combination de Sousa Borba is more
common in Calheta followed by Topo.
Since you researched Calheta I went to Topo records and found one Alexandre,
born in August 1882. He was son of Manuel Jose da Cunha, shoemaker and Rosa
Delfina, seamstress. Patern

No, I went into 'settings' under my name and changed it to 'maiden' name
and it *added *surnames to my women with just the religious name so I went
into each name and did an 'edit' and changed it back to the way I wanted it
to read. The problem now is that it's connecting my names to my *own* names
