Joao, You can still order the film for a few more weeks. *If *they have extra copies they will send them to you, they *will not* make new copies. The next problem is, will your local FHC allow you to keep them on permanent loan. My FHC has the room so they will allow me to keep what I have on

Ok we are talking about the Church records (baptism, marriage, and obits) that we currently view on Tombo and CCA. Then If I try to view these records through Family Search the quality will be poor but if we view them through Tombo and CCA they will be the same as we see today? Rick

Joao, I forgot to mention, if you are in your local FHC, just ask one of the LDS people to get you into the site with the Azores Records and then you can search. It is very slow-going and tedious but sometimes looking at the black on white is easier to read than the scanned docs on the CCA. At
