[Blind-Computing] bit rate question

Hello everyone, I have some CD's that I want to rip to my hard drive, but I was wondering what bit rate I should rip them at? I was looking around in Cdex, and I found were I need to select my bit rate. Any opinions on this would be greatly appreciated! Take care, Lisa Visit the JAWS Users
