I have created an account in s a2 go
However I listened to some of the tutorials then hit a problem
The problem is this
When I pressed alt tab all went quiet and I had to restart the computer
No idea why it wen quiet
But I want to use s a 2 go in the same way as I do jaws

First open Internet Explorer. Then go to the address bar or hit control
plus o and type in the desired web site for your home page. Next hit alt

well, the other person does need an account to e able to use it, however, the
other person doesn't need to be running system access meaning they could load
it, then if the other person uses jaws, they can unload it and the connection
will still be going and load up jaws or other screen readers.

The solution is the following:
First, call your client via skype or MSN.
Second, ask him/her to run his/her jaws and turn the speakers on.
Third, ask him to ajust the volume until you feel comfortable hearing

If you also purchase their remote incident manager, this is definitely
possible. I got a trial and it worked.
I connected to another computer and was able to do things including transfer
files as well as monitor things

With Tandem I can hear the other person's JAWS, and the other person's audio
