Hi I was just wondering why there are some of Mathius's skills I can't seem to upgrade when I'm leveling him up for example there's no option to let me increase the quick draw or ranged strike abilities, and the only things he has which are upgradable don't seem very helpful within battle.

I have never finnished the game myself. But from those that have. 1.  you can restart the game with another class, and continue to level up from where you left off. Aparently, the southern gateway becomes accessible however having never beaten the game I havn't tried to go there. On
