We had the same problem with hosting.com. Hostmysite was great, but things seem to have fallen apart since the hosting.com merger. Problems shot up and support shot way down. +1 for Viviotech just left hosting.com for them -1,000,000 for Hosting.com - they went from awesome as hostmysite.com
