We have downloaded the update and when installing we request that it do a full install and entered the key. As result we are still getting the same problem. What I do not understand is that I am not on the server and I can access the pages but no other user can! What am I doing wrong? Yes that

It would be showing for both of you. They just haven't noticed it or haven't browsed a file that may be crashing CF. If it restarts it shows it for internal and external users. There is not one answer of how to solve the problem. More than likely there is a file on your server that is causing

I am sorry that I did not explain what I ment by it showing. What is happening is that I am able to view the cfm page but they receive an error the JRUN closed connection. This would even happen for pages that have no script but has the extention cfm at the end. If the file is rename to .html,

That is right. I do not see the error. The page comes up ok on my system. My system is the same as the other users. We are all using Windows 2000 with a windows 2000 server. I have recently installed the coldfusion on the server but when I went to another users system I encounter the problem. The

Crit, It can be a number of issues, usually when JRUN craps out its because the system has crapped out. Next time this happens check your processes and see what the CPU and RAM usage is like. If you are running multiple instances, you may have one too many. -Adam -Original Message-
