This will be your Call detail reporting. you should be able to enter the
extension and dates and put up the reports. it should give you duration

I know that the UCS mini is VERY New but has anyone put any cycles into

I'm trying to remember the exact verbage, but at cisco Live they told
people to put 8.6 to 10 upgrade in the subject so it got routed to the team
Josh alluded to. I also think there was an email address to send to, but I
can't remember for sure.

We have had telrex callrex now enghouse QMS for about 2+ years. System
works with forked audio. Does the job. I don't care for the fact that you
have to have two different servers so you can run SCCP phones and one to

we upgraded from UCCx 8.5 to 10.6. in 8.5 you could setup the CAD client
to NOT take the focus on the screen.
Now, no matter what we try, the CAD client always takes focus as soon as
the phone rings. Anyone know how to change that?

It's not just you. we were hitting the hunt group disconnect with
Extension Mobility. All users were logged out and it would disconnect also.
we got an ES (10.5.2.13038-1) and that seems to have fixed the hunt group
log out disconnect issue.

we have a mix of 8861's and 7961 phones
Everyone is ExMob Most all profile have been moved to 8861 phone templates.
We are not seeing any missed call logs / received / etc. on the phone
Any idea how to fix that?

Has anyone recently seen issues with IP Communicator in window 7/8 not
allowing the use of the Answer button? I'm wondering if it's a windows
update? We have seen more the 5 or 10 users calling in, in the last two
days.

11.0.1.11
when he leaves at night he forwards to VM. we log everyone out of
extension mobility after 12 hours.
The next morning when he logs in he as "forward all" not "forward off".

we started CUPS back in version 8 with trying to setup a lync and Jabber
