The reason why I ask, is that in Australia, many companies use a single
provider for a Private MPLS IPWAN. (a lot only have single access).

I have a customer who is reporting a (one-way) audio delay after transferring
calls with Cisco Jabber. They are almost all soft-phone users.
There doesn’t appear to be any delays in the signalling.
I’ve just asked them to clarify if this is for all calls or just external
calls. PSTN
they timed it
to be 8-9 seconds.
I might have to do a wireshark and see if there are retransmissions for
signalling.

Has anyone done an phone button that they can use to update a CTI Route Point
and another button to change it back?
For example, update a CTI RP Call-Forward-All destination and then another
button to turn it off?

I have a customer who was installed some 9 years ago and the hosts were all
configured with IP address instead of FQDN. They're up on UCM 10.5(2) now and I
have spun up Expressway X12.5.7.
The UC Traversal zone is up and running. The Expressway's have certificates
installed.
However I
I’ve reconfigured it all to use FQDN and re-configured my nodes. And I’m logged
in okay now and MRA is working.

So the actual outcome was to installed TMS 15.11 on Windows 2019. The installer
upgraded the DB upon install.
The key was to import the DB prior to install and let the installer detect the
database.

I am trying to setup a SIP trunk to CUBE. The trunk "appears" to be up on both
ends.
I can see OPTIONS pings from MITEL.
But no calls from Cisco to MITEL go through. I get a 404 Not Found and I'm
