That's the problem with a list like this. It is hard to respond personally

Heidie and Charles, both of you make valid points with regards to using gloves.
Actually it was Roger that I agree with. If I had to, I could use plastic
gloves. Let's say this, I avoid using any gloves at all times unless I
absolutely have to.

There is nothing wrong with the list. Dale and Steve just have to realize that
we are sightless people needing help with other things besides recipes.
Jessica's question about cutting food and the proper way to do it was not a
recipe question. It had to do with food. We gave her advice, and she

I like the idea of having two lists. It would get comfusing.
Things were quiet for a couple days because noone had recipes to share. That's
how it is. You get e-mails pouring in,
