trying it after every samba update and there is no progress with
this bug. For turning off computers on lab, it was very useful ..

I found where is the problem - users have their passwords with some
letters uppercase. I they change their passwords and use only
small letters, everything is ok and password is recognized.

I have resolved this problem by editing /etc/horde/turba2/sources.php:
I have had to change
'use_shares' = true,
to
'use_shares' = false,
and everything work perfectly now.
