Also, I don't like using AUTOWHITELIST because it is too easy (and
intuitive) to add their co-workers on the same domain (it IS a contact
list after all). This ends up causing a spam

Simpler for me, not them, though. I'm the one that understands how to
do the complicated stuff, not them, so I believe I should
by making them check mail in one place
(Outlook) and spam in another (Webmail).

How were you able to get by the rescanning of the email and allowing
it to be delivered in smartermail?
I am working on a web version of spamreview for smartermail and had
to use an ugly hack to get around it.

I know from reading the list that some of you have set up
your own automated systems that notify your users of held
messages and allow them to requeue them automatically.
I think you mean user based and not automated reviev and requeuing.
