Hi David:
Thanks for acknowledging the hardware

Hi Kevin,
I understand what you're saying - you believe Declude
4.0 is really just a "Declude 3.x Suite" vs. the Declude 3.x "legacy
products". New customers can only purchase the Suite, while old customers
will continue to upgrade their individual products. The code base is the
same.
Hi,
Oh, I got that email - but that was just very generic and doesn't address
these issues? I've been waiting to see what information will appear on the

Can't be effective to have to speak to every customer on the phone?

it's meant to reduce work
hours spent by end users reading/handling spam message.
If your current box can't handle the load, than the ultimate solution is
more processing power - either by upgrading the box, or by delegating some
of the work to a gateway.

Hi:
Two suggestions:
a) Try the Release Notes link, it is still a 404 (bad link)!
b) The list of 4.0.8. topics deserves a chapter on Filters and its various
commands.

This E-mail came
nd/or URIBL and will return the proper weights around 7 through 9.
However, if it hits the END statement is appears as if it always returns
ZERO. In other words, it loses the weight that had been accumulated up to
that point.

7;s only logical.
If you WANTED a filter to return 0, then you would simply place the 'END'
lines at the BEGINNING of the Filter!
If you place the 'END' line behind other lines that accumulated weight, then
it clearly is the intention that the weights be COUNTED and that only any
nner.
This is a huge gotcha!

apparently found out that instead it was made worse by resetting the weight
as well.

Is it me - or should MXRate-Allow be treated as a "spam source" list?
I don't know how many times I've looked at Spam that made it through and the
IP is on their whitelist, such as "campaigner".
