I confirm the recurrence of this bug in Precise Pengolin, with the
nvidia-current driver version 295.40-0ubuntu1 installed.
After a resume from a suspend during which LibreOffice was running (tested with
writer), there is an abnormally high CPU usage (with possible hangup) when
scrolling
I think this problem is worse now.
This morning I opened the lid to the laptop and I could see the entire
desktop for over 1 minute but the system was not responsive but i could
see the mouse and I could bring Unity sidebar to front. I do think I

gnome-control-center
change user name
change password
change password
(yes, twice times)
reboot
Then, always asked me to input the keyring password, and none of my
passwords were correct(not the old password neither the new password).
