Confirmed. Seems to be specific to the fglrx driver, which reports the
DVI output names as DFP1, DFP2 in xrandr. This is unusual so gnome-
control-center is probably misinterpreting those names to be a laptop

When searching a subtitle with Subtitle Downloader plugin no result is

I can get the Ubutntu Sound tool to lock similar to Thunderbird and
Firefox.
I re-installed pulseaudio then pulled up the System Settings GUI menu.
I can use many of the sub menus such as Printing. However, if I click
