When starting a new session, my keyboard switches to "en". I delete the "en"
entry in keyboard -> allowing to be able to start a session, but when the
session is on, the keyboard is in english. I have to change in in a term with
the command setxkbmap. I checked the

Is that with "system title bars and borders" ?
Because if Chromium is set to use its own decorations, then xfwm4 has no
idea what's the actual window content as opposed to the decorations that
it doesn't draw... So that's normal.
Client side decorations and "click inside application" do not mix

Hi,
Can you confirm on the distro version? We are yet to support the Ubuntu 18.10
in hplip driver. The latest Ubuntu version been supported in hplip is 18.04. Do
you see any issues in Ubuntu 18.04?

I also ran into this issue after upgrading from 16.04 to 18.04.

What's the Ubuntu equivalent of the Fedora workaround for this? ($
update-crypto-policies --set LEGACY)
If it is not available, is it possible to make a fix by downgrading openSSL? If
so, can you please explain
This bug is reported for 18.10. I don't have an 18.04 system to confirm
if it exists or not on this release.
