tsclilent in intrepid does not enable sound

Hangs like this have been happeneing randomly for me, since the 12.04
release. Again, the hang is mostly screen freezes, except for mouse.
Sometimes, it locks the keyboard out, as well. And I have to use Sys-rq
to reboot.

I have an Epson Stylus Office BX925FWD, or what I think is an Epson Workforce
840 series printer. In Quantal (Not Precise - then it was fine...), printing a
test page results in 'Idle - can't detect file type' in the Red Hat
system-config-printers application, AKA
As far as I know, the gnome-system-tools are not affected as the whole
nopasswdlogin thing was introduced precisely in this package. The bug is
in the new gnome-control-center 3 users panel, which uses
accountsservice.
