cookies via exceptions, this seems to work for other sites but not for
OM... Change settings to the first option and OM dashboard is shown...

I think a mobile version of a web site is quite usual these days. It
might be discussable how useful it is in in some cases, but anyhow.
I think I would not use it in the first place, but a usable mobile
version is important nowadays.
