+1 and IMO writing the details somewhere else and just posting that
URL here is best, as it makes it easy for whoever wants to relay that
call elsewhere.
Can someone please explain what the urgency is? We will have the GSoC
application ready by the deadline on Feb 6, plenty of time left.

Geertjan Wielenga created COMDEV-310:
Summary: Request Apache NetBeans to have a Snoot account
Key: COMDEV-310
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/COMDEV-310
Project: Community Development
Thanks Tom. I was hoping that committee would be a good way to bridge
the dual hattedness of fundraising/treasurer that has been historically

Regards,
KAM

like payoneer, sending in a W-8, signing some things saying we don't

Hang on a minute.
Kevin, you officially joined Fundraising 2 years ago, OK.
Whilst there wasn't much activity on-list over the past few years, this was a
committee that actually started in 2003, as part of the PRC activity
(dovetailed fundraising, press, and trademark activities).

Hi Uli, there are two issues at hand:
1 - The application due Feb 6th and concern that you've been ill. So

Hi Gris,
TL;DR: I'd say trying to do a survey through the ASF is not a very good
use of your time.
We recently had a survey request that did not go well. They posted to
the approved lists and got a very minimal response. They then decided
that they would find/build/scrape/whatever a list of

On "About" Projects Directory page :
There is more paperwork. See other emails. The only time sensitive
issue is the application. The rest will be a longer tail of figuring
out who handles GSOC 2019 financial stuff and for now, the plan is to
funnel it to you.
