The Now Playing appears as a small panel on the bottom of the screen (when you are playing something). You can swipe upwards (or just press it) to make it full screen. I don't think there is a playlist view in this early preview version (the release notes mention that it isn't implemented yet).

I like the app quite a bit. I find it fast enough on both my Droid and Galaxy Tab except for scrolling/navigating long lists. SqueezeCommander still performs better, but this app has its advantages. -- bwaldron
