Weird problem. Installed 6.5.2 and did a rescan of everything. Some Tom Waits albums (that were listed with 6.5.1) are not listed under Tom Waits. If I search by album they are listed (as by Tom Waits). So why are they not listed under Tom Waits? They are in a sub folder, i.e. Tom

This very much sounds like a known problem: MediaMonkey is a fantastic software, but unfortunately there has been a problem with a certain MediaMonkey-Release, damaging Flac files while tagging them. The bug has been fixed with the latest relase and there is the possibility to repair the header.

What format are the files in? If they're mp3, have you checked for the presence of multiple tags (eg, ID3v1 and ID3v2, or possibly APE)? Almost all the tagging weirdness like this I've run into is with multiple tag types on mp3s, which can make slimserver confused. -- aubuti
