I've just been reading through the virgin site adn I think there is a chance i've found the problem. the cable modem is locked to one ip address, the ip address of my router has now changed, hopefully switching off the modem for more than 2 minutes resets this. fingers crossed for tonight.

Yockers, The actual royalty payments are fixed by the UK Copyright Tribunal - no room for negotiation. The problem is that the royalty format put forward in the UK by the MCPS/PRS doesn't take account of the Pandora model - it is a 'per song' format but is required each time a song is played.

Maybe it is worth trying a new channel, i'm using channel 1. the only networks I can see are on 6 and 9 from 2 neighbours. it is strange, the new setup etc tells me signal quality, and although both the SB's are at around 70 signal at the moment, the router says that they are only at about 30%
