Hi,
I used tc10_1.dd but the x and y axis are interchanged when using the
touchscreen. The sound is also not working. I can see spikes in xmms
when playing mp3 but there is no sound output.
Help is appreciated.
Thanks

Chris graciously provided this image to us, and I have put together a
little website based around my workings with the original image, and
some updated images. Please have a look, and let me know if you have

Have you got a working driver for the touch screen? Will the debian
driver not work?
cheers

I'm progressing on getting my TC-10 to work -- with the ultimate goal
of replicating Chris's success with SoftSqueeze. However, I've run
into another issue.
On the EarthLCD site, the specs list the max RAM as 256MB. I've tried
two separate chips (Toshiba and Kingston), both 256MB, but

Thanks for the upload. I'm now trying to access the bios. I noted
earlier that someone else had problems with this and the recommended

Nope. I'd say it is just timing, it won't take the key thruout the
entire POST process so just hit the key (I think it did end up being
F2) repeatedly after waiting a couple of seconds. The first thing I
did was turn off the splash screen upon getting in so I could see when
to press. Someone else
All,
I've just received my TC-10 and I'm trying to figure a few things out.

Use the 44 pin header, much easier unless you need two drives.

OK, I'll work off of the DOM adapter (and possibly substitute my own

Hmm, mine didn't have any HD bracket that I am aware of. The only

It's probably the same thing. Mine simply has a sticker that says Do

Yeah that's a change, mine have the same sticker except they say Do

I'm new in this forum. I am trying to get my TC-10 linux kernel

May I ask which kernel tree, version number and any patches that you

Please try to clarify what you mean by shifted. I did have a problem

Sure I had the same problem. You are correct in suspecting the boot
order, it is the problem. By default it boots off of the 32M
DiskOnChip. I believe it is just F2 to access the bios, else it is one
of the standards (del, f1, alt+f1).
If you do go with Linux I could probably save you some time
