While we're on the subject of TR7 VFO drift, has anyone tried out Conny,
DL1SDQ,s, PLL board for the TR7? He put one on the
s on getting sprayed with Simple Green or some such
smoke removing cleaner, then water. I don't think I'd put the PTO through
such an ordeal.
Comments anyone?

the bashing and is essentially toast. Ferrites are all broken up and the
brass PTO shaft is broken.
Cosmetically this one is worth saving - anyone got a junker R-4 or T4X for
sale, or a spare PTO?
