Somehow I have made an error and imported QSO's already in the log file, and
thus duplicates were added.
I don't want to scan the entire log file one-by-one, but I cannot find

Surprisingly, my 40M cutoff frequency was 7140 instead of 7040 (which is
now corrected).
I have my cutoff set at 40 KHz up from the low end of 80, 40, 20, and 15.

I just brought up another computer running dx4win 7.07 and it's working ok.
Looks like
it has the same spotting patterns, so it is a 7.02 issue. (and therefore
for me, not an issue)

I have the same problem, never really found a adequate solution. The RTS/DTR
lines flip state as the machine boots - hence the problem. I have simply
installed a switch in the line to stop the rig going into TX!
