Maybe I'm misunderstanding but that is pretty much exactly why I 'created' the
trivial buildenv easyblock. The users just load the module that gets created
and they can simply use $CC and friends in their build processes, making
switching toolchains very straightforward.

We specify the list of components for icc and ifort so even if you use

Wrong PR, should have been https://github.com/boostorg/mpi/pull/39 (that's
the one that got merged) but 42 also seems to work as a patch.

But this lib is in my shared directory, and I put LD_LIBRARY_PATH in
my .bashrc
Could you please help me to identify the problem.
I used the same directory for other packages like WRF, Openmpi etc and it is
working fine.
Thank you very much in advance.

n easybuild?
If i add "--disable-docs" in configuration script then i will get an error. So
want to know how to change the configuration script for the same.
I have attached easybuild log and config.log of fontconfig library.

Any ideas what could be wrong here?

Dear Clyde,
It looks like you could potentially benefit from the use of the
'--minimal-toolchains' to EasyBuild. This will by default only build the
required version of the software at the lowest availabel level in the current
toolchain. In this case, you would still end up with 2 versions:
thon modules).
Is there a general way to do so?
I couldn't find any relevant info online.
Best,
Peleg

Hi Gizo,
Can you give an example of what you mean here? Why would you need to set a
specific install location when the module file essentially hides that
information away from you anyway (once you start using $PATH and friends the
actual directory is irrelevant)?
If you really wanted to do
because lmod cannot load the M4/1.4.17 module, as
it is located in Core/devel subdirectory. Probably some misconfiguration for EB
that I currently use, but I couldn't find documentation on use and how to
configure then. Any pointers here are appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Kind regards,
Erik
