You might try running the K3S LINE Gain at a lower value, in my case 15 to 20, and running the PWR slider in WSJT-X a bit higher. This is also affected by the SPEAKER level in the Windows Sound controller panel. Also under "Enhancements" make sure "Disable All Enhancement" box is checked.

If one is serious about finding noise, I've found this item to go a long way in identifying down to the building or site from which it originates. It takes a bit of practice and time to triangulate but does work well. I'm sure there's other equipment and methods available as well.
