the Midwest. The same system which is sending all the moisture into
that area is causing my sunny and dry weather. Never fear, tomorrow the

Good Evening,
It has been a chilly but fairly dry week. Temperatures stay below
freezing and the clouds are staying in the valleys. I have sunny days
which can feel warm if you are out of any wind.
I have not been on the air this week due to one thing and another.

Both bands had high noise levels. On twenty it was mentioned by
those who checked in; I did not notice it on my end. On forty noise was
on both ends. The most amazing check in was from Corvallis, Oregon.
There is at least one mountain in the way so it was not ground wave.
Good Evening,
The nets went rather well this week. Forty meters surprised me at
how many I collected. But I should not have been since forty has
supported a number of contacts for me this week. It could be related to
the gloom here. Once the sun has come up it stays the same gloomy grey
Good Evening,

propagation improved enough to have a decent sked. I may need to move
the forty meter net earlier to follow the sun. From dusk to about an

Twenty meters was very nice today. Twelve checkins over a period of
