I support this, too. I currently use an MFJ autotuner which is not designed
for remote operation. I use it remotely with a 'tune' switch in the shack
via a 100' cable to the tuner wired in parallel with the tune button on the
tuner. I use an MFJ current balun between the tuner and the antenna

storage that are changed by the EE INIT procedure. It includes many rig
settings. But it does not capture the entire state of the K3.

intidimidating to operate. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I
upgraded from the simple, entry level IC-718 and find that I operate the
