Lou, It is impressive and my boss Doug Smith uses it during some of his seminars. I have tried hitting the coins in the bag with a hammer several times very near the antenna - nothing. I even smacked two big screwdrivers together on the metal near the antenna for several minutes - nothing.

Hello Everyone, While reviewing the new EN 61326 standard I noticed that the test value for AC power voltage dip/short interruptions (IEC 61000-4-11) is 0.5 cycle, each polarity/100%. I understand the 0.5 cycle and the 100%, the question that I have is with each polarity. I am assuming that

RE: Current Probes

1999-03-12 Thread Ing. Gert Gremmen
You should definitely check with IEC 1000-4-6 . The usefulness of current probes is physically limited to 200 Mhz. The higher the frequency the smaller the probe needs to be and the lesser the interwinding capacitance is required. These are two restraints that cross each other in opposite

hello group, Let me emphasize that criterion B only requires any performance measurements to be done AFTER the surge test is done. During the test loss of function and/or performance to ANY degree is allowed as long as no change of operating status or loss of stored data happens. Of course,
