I would verify with your EH&S people at the locations you are shipping
these products to. They are the ones who are going to have to deal with
workplace safety issues and convince local authorities that the lab
equipment meets applicable laws. I ran into a similar situation with las

I looked into this last year. It appears to me that one can import
non-certified 61010-type equipment for in-house use. But, it technically must
still be able to pass safety, EMC, ESD, surge, and so on. Pretty much like
