As far as I understand, there are no needs for FCC certification for equipment covered under FCC Part 15 and 18. But if the equipment is a radio transmitter and are covered under other FCC parts 80, 87, etc, certification applies. Correct ? From the FCC Web, a list of all test firms exists.

Ahmad, I would tend to shy away from painting the inside of your chamber. Depending what type of material is in the paint, the performance of the chamber could be affected. Materials that one would think wouldnt have any affect on measurements often do. Our facility uses white styrofoam covers
