I think it is the default address. "ioaddr" is a separate modparam to
"config"
I had to think back quite a long way to remind myself about all this.
The problem you are seeing is due to a bug-fix I put in for the 7i90
in cases where there was no config string specified.
This is quite normal with a 7i90, slightly less so with a 7i43.

A problem on my machines has appeared during recent updates; it does not
