If one has a pendant, it can be tested with sim configs in the xhc-hb04 branch (configs/sim/axis/xhc-hb04). There are two configs for the two known button configurations: xhc-hb04-layout1.ini (16 buttons) xhc-hb04-layout2.ini (18 buttons, most common) The pendant i got has 18 buttons
