I agree with John. Enlightenment is becoming so much more configurable
that Sound as well could be looked upon as an option with separate
configuration. If all this has to be part of E or if a sound event
managers (from another package) could be used, that I leave in the open.

After looking at someone working with OSX, I have found that its window
decorations are very convenient and readable, and make figuring out
which window has the focus very easy. So I have been looking for a nice

I have just started using enlightenment. On startup, a number of
epplets are run (a clock for example). I do not want these to be in the
list of applications that I cycle through with alt-tab. I can achieve
this by alt-right-clicking on them and selecting "Toggle Skip Window
Lists".
