Seeing as the article is talking about Alberta I'm going to add my 2 cents.
The photo of the model X on lake Minnewanka is a publicity stunt
(obviously). It gets very cold in the winter and the range capability of the
vehicle is going to be much lower

Is this still a problem with the Leaf? Sheesh, it's been at least 6 years,
probably more, since the first battery degradation cases surfaced. One
would think they would have fixed it by now.
