I have issues with latest kernel update 3.11.10-34.
$ modprobe scsi_debug
hangs sometimes forever, then the load increases continuously. Trying to
reboot hangs (which is maybe just another systemd issue).
No problems with previous 3.11.10-32.

The last systemd update on 13.1 disabled the at daemon. Before it was
running eventhough I've had no symlink
/etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/atd.service
