Susan,
You've said it exactly. I think that dog people like the attention and

(well, not with the checkbook), plus we're just cat-people. Like Caroline

Hi guys,
I could not help but add my two cents here on the

openly that they do not like cats:
I noticed early on, that the people who proudly state
that they do not like cats, always speak from the
aspect of misinformation on every level. THESE ARE
I have also noticed that in my dog clients, they always make a point of telling

Especially the clients w/ purebreds.
I just bite my tongue, of course.
The cat clients seem to be more compassionate about ALL animals.
And hey, I can bite my tongue w/ a dog lover
I think I inadvertently started this whole debate about dog-lovers vs. cat-lovers and I so didn't mean to do that! I just meant that, sadly, if you need to quickly draw attention to an animal plight that people need to rally behind, a lot of times, it's easier to do so when the plight involves

Hey guys,
Love this thread about people who don't like cats. What Glenda says is so
true. I once saw a saying on a sticker that read, People who don't like cats
have never been loved by one. So now, when I run into someone and we're
casually talking about cats and they say they don't care

Well spoken Glenda--I liked your musings. I find everything you've said very
true. As for that compassionate chip or gene or something missing, my sister

Glenda, I'm glad you find support here. I know we're all severely OT right

Tamara,
WHENEVER, you can speak up for animals, WHEREVER, you
can speak up for animals, IT IS IMPORTANT TO DO SO. It
is a long, slow battle, but we must NEVER MISS AN

I read all the information posted-thank you for being an advocate for
animals of all kinds, not just our feline friends. I also passed on
information to others.
Ha! That would have been a funny email to HR!
I've never used a black light. What I do is crawl around on my hands and
knees with my sniffer to the carpet praying that no one comes in the door
and sees me! It's quite a hilarious picture. Thank goodness Bandit has been
cured of his piddle
I also just wanted to add, for those following this thread, that sometimes I forget I am a lawyer...well, today I remembered. Yesterday I mentioned that Vick should be made to pay for the care of the 52 seized dogs, of course thinking it would never happen. Well, one of the Virginia Code Sections
