Sherry,
You do so much for these little guys. Of course, I and
my guys are sending our love and warmest thoughts to
you and Brian.
Can you tell me about Sids Kids? Can you also explain
to some of us not familiar with ear problems what is
going on with his ears and what is being done to
Brian?
Blessings to Brian and those who care for him.

Hello All,
Thank you for your help the other day. Lovey was in liver and kidney
failure. His liver was 10 times smaller than normal and my vet and I
both feel it was genetic. He was suffering so I didn't hesitate in
letting him go. He was a beautiful, wonderful, friend with a personality
Janine, I am so so sorry about Lovey and Perry. GLOW to light their paths and
ease your heart.

I am sorry to hear of Lovey and Perry's passing. These positives really seem
to get under our skins. Maybe it's because they know many folks wouldn't give
them a chance.

Sherry,
I clicked your site. I found Brian in the Sids
Sanctuary. What a little angel. I see he started out
with ear mites, so he is apparently just having a
terrible time getting his ears cleared up,
infections,etc.
After reading the introduction to Crashlanding, of
course it was so beautiful,
I lost two of my FeLV+ cats in the last month, the most recent was today when I
put CW down. She was beginning to have difficulty breathing due to severe
anemia. I tried a transfusion (only raised the RBC from 6% to 10%) and Epogen,
but today my vet and I could see that she was becoming
Brenda,
I am so sorry for your loss of Lovey. I think everyone
here knows a cat or has known a cat with a
personality like no other. Some do stand out and
every one of them is amazing in each his own way.
I'm sorry you guys lost Perry too. Your week has been
awful. As everyone knows you and your
Tracy,

Janine,
I'm so sorry about the loss of both of the kitties.
You did the right thing by letting her go.
I remember your Mom talking about Perry was often wondering how he was doing.
Thank you for taking such great care of him when she passed.
They are all now at the bridge healthy and loving each
Hi Glenda thank you for checking out Crashs.I first of all want to say that I
too am not one for declawing!! As some of our rescue cats do come in already
declawed and yes they are declawed if they are not too old.As much as I hate to
say it,people (unlike you and I) would prefer to adopt cats
Sherry,
Thank you for getting back to me and everyone else
here...
I have run across that type of thinking before at a
shelter in Wisconsin...I found it on petfinders.com.
It is called: The Home for Endangered and Lost Pets.
This was during the time I was hunting for
Polydactyls, having a kitty

Right now I know of another shelter that has 100+cats living cage free under
one roof that are not declawed.
Any of them.
There have not been any serious cat fights or injuries, either.
Declawing is nothing more than a mutilation.
And it should be illegal.

Brenda, some comfort, I hope, in knowing they are together~
Tough week. Comforting thoughts coming your way. Lovey and Perry are busy

I'm late getting this and hope Lovey is all right. I was the one who
fostered Lovey in Georgia, and he's quite a character.
