CoQ-10 is a mineral of sorts -- I posted a lengthy message on it once. In a nutshell, it's good for repairing cells in the organs of the body. Great for the heart, and gives the cell reproduction a boost. I'll have to check the archives and see if I can find that message.

I would NOT feed real fish. Fish isn't good for cats, oddly enough. The fish is good for humans when they need supplemental CoQ-10, but for the cat, buy capsules -- they're easy to take apart. Put the powder in the food and mix it in. It's tasteless.

I think that you've made a good start -- here are my thoughts (just my 2 cents):
First, I think that the ELISA test may or may not be very reliable depending on who does the test, what kind of stress the animal is under, who is reading the results, etc. Hence the varying false

Aloe vera water (juice) is okay but if it has sodium benzoate in it you can't give it to the cat because it's toxic to them.
Myrrh is good for gums. You might try looking for Myrrh and Propolis tinctures in a health food store. Try to get it without alcohol. Both are excellent for gum
What about an appetite stimulant? Might that help? Cyproheptadine I think is the one my vet gave me for Arielle (but she was too far gone for it to make a difference). I also heard that half a Valium will make them eat. Just a thought.
