I use a MIDI interface with a USB connector and it works just fine. In fact, it is more reliable than the joystick/game port cable I used previously. The unit is by M-Audio (MIDIsport UNO). A Google search should lead you to a supplier. It ran between $20 and $20. Guy Hayden, Minister of Music

If you install the driver, it will show up as a device in Finale. There are some aggravations I have with the thing that are the fault of the driver: You must install with out the device plugged in, shut down, plug it in, and restart. Then it will show up. If you unplug the device, restart withou

Sibelius 3 can create EPS files on my Windows XP system with no problems. It doesn't even give you an error message about having to select a PostScript printer driver. Sibelius manages to figure that out all by itself. I can't see any justification for calling this a Windows problem. There's a use
