With MusicXML, you lose everything but the notes, basically.
You have to define MusicXML, which to me sounds like 1.0 in your case.
Not like 3.0 that I suggested.
I just tried to convert a fairly complex score to MusicXML 3 and back to

Is display in concert pitch checked? Uncheck that and the written ranges
should be ok.

I probably did use 1.0. But the list you outlined is plenty to keep me
from using that to collaborate with others. MusicXML could work in the
very early sketch stages of a collaboration. But, for example, if I
want to send the file to the drummer to see if he has any suggestions

That is a HUGE improvement over earlier versions. Thanks for
detailing that. Would we expect similar results between files from
different Finale versions?

Hi Jef,
From the review you linked to:
Also, because OS X views this duo as two separate keyboards, commands that
require simultaneous presses on the keyboard and keypad (like Command-+) can’t

That would also seem to apply to command-down arrow, etc.

Just curious Craig, regarding the LMP numpad you bought. I had one about a
year ago and it never, ever really stayed connected via Bluetooth. Moreover,
it was a major PITA to pair it. I would be most curious if you'd apprise us at
some point on your experience with it. I got so frustrated

Hi Jef,
The BT numpad has a command key? It doesn't look like it, at least not from the
photo you sent. Or am I confused about what you're trying to do?
The command that you're trying to emulate (with fn-command-arrowdown) is
actually command-PageDown. But it doesn't look like you can combine

I have this gear and I remember this issue but it has been a while since I've
used it. I think you can use QuicKeys to send a cmd-Pg Up/Dn when pressing just
the Pg Up/Dn keys on the BT Numpad.
