A simple way of defining it would be B flat/C [B flat major with a C in the
bass] or B flat major 2nd inversion, with C in the bass.

It was an IT Crowd situation for me: "Have you tried turning it off and on
and again?" I was able to deauthorise, but only by opening the folder, not
by using the link on the desktop, after I rebooted.

I've installed FinWin 2004b on my new Acer M3100 Windows Vista computer.
Every time I load up the program, I'm warned that I'd better register, or in
30 days I won't be able to use it. So I obediently register every time I
load the program.
