Looks like the .lzma file does exist, but not in any of the repositories
pointed to by Fink:

Try running fink index -f and do another selfupdate. There's a
timestamp issue.
You may have to run 'fink index -f' and then run fink selfupdate -cvs to
overcome this.

Did you attempt to install glib2 only to have the process end
abnormally? This would leave the build lock file in place. You should
attempt to install glib2 by itself after fixing the build problems
identified by that installation.
