Hi All,
I'm looking for recommendations for a new joystick for FG. I've previously had
two Logitech Wingman Force 3D joysticks, which after a year or so begin to
deteriorate. The symptoms are that the joystick doesn't stay centered properly,
making it almost impossible to trim the aircraft hand

Hi All,
As I mentioned in a previous post, I demonstrated FlightGear at our local
Museum of Flight near Edinburgh, Scotland, as part of their events for the 25th

doing something similar, here's my report.

Hi All,
Those of you U.K. or Argentina may be aware that this weekend is the 25th
Anniversary of the end of the Falklands Conflict.
As part of the anniversary there are various events being held, one of which is
a small event at the Museum of Flight at East Fortune near Edinburgh, Scotland.

Hi All,
Sadly I am now too old for this, but I thought I should bring this to the
attention of the younger UK FG pilots. I saw it advertised on a different

updated for two _years_, and that was a document mainly consisting of ?

Some names I thought of with an open-source twist:

- GPLair
- YAVA - Yet Another Virtual Airline (In the traditions of Yacc)
- Fly Free Airways (FFA)
- OS Air (did someone already suggest that ?)

Yup, the manual currently covers almost all features that FG supports
"out-of-the-box", and so is an excellent reference.
