Too easy. Exactly the same (LSB rules ;-)
However to make it permanent on RH you need to pass:
chkconfig fossology on
(However should be done by the rpm)

You really should setup your yum repo to point to your local/remote
instance of RHEL5 and use yum install instead.

I did a test on the remaining
am running off to a meeting - so before I do any searches any ideas on
