No answers on this yet but this FrameMaker file clearly has some bad juju in
it, despite MIF-washing: in repaginating it, I've just had FrameMaker display
only half of a floating table.
When I've put the book to bed I will do some experimentation with this document
and try to get clearer
I'd suggest that part of your testing include less vintage versions. 7.0 was
buggy enough that 7.1 and 7.2 were pushed out the door

Hi Linda,
The TOC and Index are just like any other file. FrameMaker creates tags but
they probably do not look the way you want. You need to modify the tags to
look the way that you would like them to. Also you may need to edit the
TOC/Index reference page to add tabs where they need to be.

If you don't have formatted index and TOC templates from older documents,
you can go into your templates folder and find a few starting points. If any
of them look viable, you can do File Import Formats . You'll probably
only want to grab the Master Pages (for the layout) and the paragraph tags,

First question, what size paper is the document or PDF?
Second question, what size paper are you printing to?
If they are the same size, then you won't see the registration marks.

You have to set the paper size larger than the page size so that there is
