Hi Framers, What do I do to clean up files which originate in Word or PDF. I'm turning crime fiction novels into ebooks and have run into a few problems. Case 1: I import simple Word files into Frame then publish as epub or mobi. In the finished version there are strange display behaviours

For future reference: The fix from the Adobe KB (TCS3Update.zip) didn't work, but my IT guy found another one somewhere titled FM10_license_updater.exe that did work. So that problem is fixed. Now I can open FM 10, but when I do HelpUpdates and try to download the FM 10.0.2 update, it errors
